This used to be my go to local Starbucks, I even preferred them compared to corporate stores, I stopped going here a year ago when I moved for work, this place is the complete opposite than it was a year ago. These new baristas are not friendly and they don't have this skills or training that the old team used to have. Clearly management is an issue as well. Wherever I go, my name is ALWAYS spelled wrong, or completely changed in ways that blow my mind (which I do not mind), TODAY the barista ASKED how to properly write my name.
