This is by far the best Subway I have been to, and I have been many! It’s one of the older locations in south Florida but the place is always very clean. Their meats and produce are always fresh and top quality. The service is great. Friendly employees who work well and are very fast and properly trained. This place has the best Subs! I pass like 5-6 subways to come here. Lastly the owner is usually there and is on top of everything and actually cares about his customers.

These employees here are someOf the laziest people I have ever encountered. They constantly lock their doors and hide so they don’t have to serve anyone. They cancelOrders placed through Uber eats for pickup/delivery for NO reason whatever. Son unos vagos que no quieren trabajar. For these reasons I will be reporting them to corporate.
Worst service ever!I got there at 8 PM and they have everything put away already for closing and plus that they tell customers that bathroom is out of service just to not have to clean it.STORE MANAGER SHOULD TAKE CARE OF THIS.

The lady who took my order today was SO rude and although I understand I’m ordering food in Hialeah, when I asked for the baked potato soap and POINTED at the soup sign because I couldn’t say it in Spanish, she said “I don’t understand” in Spanish. I had to embarrassingly ask my fiancé to translate. And she had an attitude the entire time after that with me. For a small store, she should fix her attitude. If she doesn’t want to work, she can not work that day but don’t take it out on me, the customer.
