Seems like they are closed temporary ?? please don’t close this Taco Bell location I been going their since I was a teen more than 20 years ago I hope they are just getting things situated and open back up

Just went to go in to this Taco Bell across the street from the place I do my taxes and the doors to their dining room were closed. A lady told me that they close the dining room at 9 pm instead of 10 pm so I just left. I'd rather walk instead of waste my gas just to get some Taco Bell.

I just ordered by the app and they told me that there wasn’t lettuce available, so I ask them if they can add more of a topping that comes with it and they told me that they cannot do that, if there is something wrong with them inside, it’s not the customers fault, so they must fixed or figure out something for the costumer

Zero stars: their management team is never on top of supply therefore they are always missing menu items I always notice how vehicles are leaving due to not being able to find the items they want. In addition those late nights I find myself going around 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning I have noticed they are closed even though they're our state they are open till 5:00 a.m. I myself go to the one on 68th avenue which is always fully stocked.

Drive Thru Hours posted are from 7am-4am and they are never opened that late. Every other night that I drive Thru they always have some reason to close early, usually around 1:30am. They stop serving when ever they want to. Management should check to see what's going on at this location.

They took 35 min to give me my order and was wrong.. The manager had a bit of an attitude and decided to close the dining room because he was short staffed. I feel bad for the rest of the taco bell staff that have to put up with that man.

They did not train me properly paid me my training hours in gift cards made me lose my room I rented and my storage the worse store in Hialeah you need to shape up those workers and Gm will be sued if don't pay me my last check.

Literally messed up my whole order, I asked for 3 taco supremes and got three regular then I asked for a 5 layer and they put red sauce in it and barely any meat. Like bro when has there ever been red sauce in a 5 layer? Clase come pingas que son cojone

11/23/21 worst day to get Taco Bell at 10:20pm there was literally no one at the drive thru or inside, I called not only through the speaker but called them by phone , no answer Waste of time . I don’t know who was on duty but they did not do their job!

October 15th 3:40am, on my way to work and decided to stop by and eat something at this Taco Bell but unfortunately that didn’t happen. A girl who I believe is a redhead was being extremely disrespectful and did not want to take my order. She ended up ignoring me at the drive through, I mean if you’re going to be on clock getting paid then you should be attending customers not ignoring them.
Being a new customer at Taco Bell I didn’t really know my options, but thankfully the store manager happened to be there and helped me out, she took to consideration my allergies and my vegetarian diet. She was extremely nice, helpful and understanding of my situation. As such she handled everything professionally. I’m touched by the effort she put to making sure I was satisfied with my order. 11/10

Worst Taco Bell in all of Miami. Most of the time they tell you some bs like “the system is down” while laughing on the microphone. These people are ridiculous and management obviously doesn’t care much. Better going to the one on 24th you’ll get better service and no bs.

Terrible. Where do I begin? This franchise has been going down hill for a while. They can never get your order right or they're always lacking items. This has been the only Taco Bell with that problem. So I can maybe understand they don't have certain food items due to the supposed food shortages but how do they not have cup lids? You don't eat those. The last time I ordered from here I got two bean burritos that the beans were old and tasted like a flavorless paste, a chalupa with barely any lettuce or tomatoes or even chicken and the cheese was nonexistent. Also the bean burritos had no sauce or onions, just some old beans and a bit of cheese. Do not waste your time or money coming here. There's other taco bell franchises way better than this one. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
