Ate here two days in a row, same food, but vastly different. Chicken was cold once, overcooked once. Fries were cold once, overcooked once. Had to ask for napkins because none were given w meal and non were available in dining area.

Placed an online order and arrived at the location about 12 minutes later. My order was stating "being prepared" for 28 minutes after I arrived. Barely no customer service at the location. Perhaps understaffed. After voicing my concern to an employee, I waited another 15 minutes, and the meal was finally handed to me. So, 40 minutes total from the time of order to get my meal. They ought to be shamed of themselves. I have never experienced this at any other Taco Bell,...
