I come to this place pretty often, and there’s always a different waitress every time. After getting familiar with the place, I realized why — the owners keep the tips instead of giving them to the waitresses, which honestly feels unfair and ridiculous. At the end of the day, they’re the ones actually providing the service to customers. Both cash and card tips go directly to the owners.

What makes it even more frustrating is that now the owner herself — the same one constantly featured in the Instagram videos — is serving tables and still asks customers if they’d like to add a tip, even though the money is already going to her. It just feels very misleading and absurd. 🫩

Very tasty and flavored sushi rolls this is my second favorite spot to come and eat they have around 6 food trucks here and the sushi one is a must try if you dont like raw fish ask for cooked sushi rolls 8/10⭐️👌

I tend to go there quite often to eat Temaki, but I’ve always been disappointed that they never have wasabi or ginger, which I consider an essential part of enjoying good sushi. Yet, once I’m seated, I forget again that they never have it.

The food is excellent and the service is outstanding. Today we had the pleasure of being assisted by Genesis, who was extremely kind and helped us a lot in choosing dishes according to our tastes. There is a great variety of options, and the prices are very reasonable. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back.

usually go to Temaki on 4th Ave in Hialeah all the time and the service has always been great, but yesterday was honestly a disaster. The waitress was super unbothered and not friendly at all. We asked her nicely if she could clean our table, and she took like 15 minutes to do it — she even started cleaning other empty tables first. And when she finally came to clean, she didn’t have the slightest bit of care and ended up splashing water all over me while wiping the table. I’ve never had a bad experience here before, but this time the service from this girl was really disappointing.
