Staff is super bad . They all should be fired and get people who want to work . I recommend the one on 16 th ave and 54th st in Hialeah .

Y’all need to hire more people for high buying days. And prioritize people already in the store for pickups vs making orders for people not there. And if someone just got there don’t work their order over people who have been waiting a while already it’s insulting. seeing people walk in and out who just got there is crazy. Being told to order online by staff at a previous visit where I was in your waiting line with a number for over 90 minutes !!!! And she said to order online because it’s faster and then waiting over half an hour to pickup is insane. Your staff is great but your lack of planning properly for rush morning times is ridiculous. Your food and staff are wonderful but managements lack of planning kills me every time. I don’t understand why it’s so understaffed on days it is obviously going to be higher traffic (holidays, fridays). Management needs to do better because the girls are working hard but people need to Get to work to be able to afford to buy from your spot. You need a better system.

At the new #VickyBakery, Sunrise/Weston, Our group enjoyed the well planned convenient meeting room complete with big screen for zoom. Vicky provided pastries. Of course afterwards, we small flocked to buy goodies. My #MediaNoche was the best ever. I cannot we wait to share the caramel napoleon tonight!(if it makes it home)

Had a horrible experience with Berta she was very rude and disrespectful. Once our number was called we head towards her patiently waiting as there was someone infront of us. When the lady leaves we come towards Berta and she looks at us with a nasty face and she said what’s your number we said 76 and she said we already called that we’re in 78 mind you not even a second passes by when she said number 76. She started giving us looks and told us that we had to get a new ticket when we were waiting in line to be next. Another customer even notice how rude and unfair she was being with us and told her you just called the number. Overall she made us have a horrible experience in Vicky bakery.

The tequenos were delicious; the Cuban sandwiches were spectacular; and the croquettas were amazing....I absolutely recommend Vicky's Bakery to everyone!
DO NOT GO TO THE FORT MYERS LOCATION! Placed an Uber Eats pick up order and they missed an item. I always check to make sure my order is complete before driving off. They missed a whole loaf of bread so I sent my fiancé back in with the receipt and they turned him back and said no it was included. Again, I sent him back in with all the items and they yelled and said he was a thief and trying to steal bread like are you kidding me?! I usually go to the Vicky's in Miami and was so excited to finally have one close to home but I WILL NOT be returning! I will be contacting corporate as well.

What is going on with Vicky Bakery? —Food is OLD, STALE and DRY. I’ve been coming here for 30 years and in the last 3 years, the food is TERRIBLE, just TERRIBLE. —I’m ok with the spike in prices but the food better be good. Another Miami Lakes heritage location down the drain. Stay away from this place, they don’t have so many sales, the pastries become stale and instead of throwing them out, they sell them……This is a food hazard waiting to happen.

Today I went to get some pastries, they had an abundance of choices! I absolutely love this location! Always so clean and the ladies are always professional and so sweet! Today was my birthday and they had everyone sing happy birthday to me. It was honestly the best feeling in the world. Plus I got some sweet delicious food. My favorite was the cheese pastelitos. I will be coming again in the future. The cafe con leche was delicious also.
