This past weekend I had a party and ordered a Lechon Asado from a website that I randomly picked. I currently own a Caja China but didn’t have the time to prepare and cook the Lechon myself.
To my surprise, it turned out to be one of the best Lechon Asado we have ever eaten.
Everyone had positive comments regarding the taste and crunchy pellegitos from el Puerquito Asado.
