Very discouraged, I patiently waited to be helped and the two ladies that were at the counter just walked away after helping the people before me without asking if I needed help. When I finally got someone to help me, she took very long putting my order together and gave me a cake with molded strawberries which she glazed so I wouldn’t notice… I told her and she said they were the last ones they had.. I had to go to Publix and get new ones to swap them out, I gifted this cake and was so embarrassed, it was dry, tasted old… one of my favorite bakeries let me down and I will not be going there ever again!
Let’s rate you a ONE to get your attention.
The tostada tasted like scrap bread; butter wasn’t even totally melted.
Croquetas de la casa ? Meh, Miami lakes’ location makes them much better.
They do not answer there phone. I was calling for about an hour and a half.
You already know the pastelitos are gonna smack. Cafecito is a must but It gets packed sometimes, but that’s just proof the locals know where the good croquetas are at. Just try not to eat everything in the car
You
I bought a party for my daughter on January 4 and the old kake was super bad I had to throw it in the trash the next day and in all the bakeries it covers the 3 trays in this one with the round kake no
Good pastry!!!! I recommend it, it has good service and they take great care of you!!! The girls who serve are lovely!

It is the second time I have bought a cake at this bakery, and again it has been a bad experience. A while ago I bought one with strawberries on it, and the strawberries were moldy. Today I bought another cake, and it had a plate in the middle, apparently to make it taller, something I don't understand. Also, the meringue was bitter. I will definitely not shop at this bakery again.

This has to be the worst Vickys bakery. Barely any workers and the workers are very slow at service. None of the mini pastries are done. They have to put them together. It’s the holidays you’d think they’d have them all done and ready for morning traffic. Very very disorganized. They want to have conversations without everyone in the morning. Like hello. This the store is PACKED people are getting impatient. And the workers having conversations to the side why people are waiting to pay.

I was very excited to try the sweets from this bakery, but my disappointment came very quickly. I ordered two sweets for my brother and me that had drunken panetela on a chocolate panetela, and 2 cappuccino sweets. We couldn't eat it, at the first cut with the spoon those sweets fell apart, it was dry, the drunken panetela was a piece of hard meat and all 4 of them were very old. In addition, I ordered a chicken empanada and after my first bite it was spoiled. Horrible experience and I wonder: who returns the money I paid for such bad food?
They will tell me to buy there for my own taste and yes, it is true, I always go to Vicky bakery on Bird Road and everything is very good, the girls are super attentive, and the quality of the product is very good, but this one leaves a lot to be desired

Went to this location today and it was my first time trying this bakery. The service was great and the food delicious!! I got the Vicky’s sandwich which come with cuban bread (yum) eggs cheese and ham. I’m very happy I tried this place!

Since when do cuban pastries are full of sirup. What a disappointment. Vicky bakery pastries suck. Puff pastry is supposed to be crispy with light caramel on top. Their pastries are drenched in sirup. Bad recipe for diabetes.

Food is great. Service is very slow. I called 20 minutes ahead and ordered a pan con bistec. Got there they told me it wasn’t ready yet waited 10 more minutes and still wasn’t ready and I couldn’t wait any longer because I’m only given a limited amount of time for lunch (that’s why I called ahead to put my order in). If you have time to wait it’s not a bad place I just think if I order ahead and waited 30 minutes it should be done. Why have the option to call ahead and order if the order won’t be filled. So when you go just be ready to wait
