“Since I have lived in Florida (2010).This is the best breakfast/lunch place I have been to! What makes it even better is it so happens to be right in my neighborhood. Very friendly staff. Family owned and operated. Doesn’t get much better than this. Five stars all the way!“

“Another, not surprising, wonderful meal.
Came a little later than usual and ordered lunch instead of breakfast.
Great decision.
Had the Ham & Gruyere sandwich and the tomato basil soup.
Sandwich was perfectly grilled and plentiful and the soup was warm, not scalding, and the basil was tasteful but not overpowering. I'd definitely order this again.“

“Always a treat to come here! The food is great, the coffee is good, and the restaurant itself is clean and always busy. The staff are friendly and always popping in to make sure you don't go with an empty cup. I really enjoy their specials. Always something new.“

“This has been my go to every weekend for years. My husband always loved Lox your Sox off. Twice I ordered to be delivered but since the did not have lox I canceled the whole order. That was almost 2 months ago with no refund even after going to try and speak with management. I'm very sad that the business, food and staff that has helped me get the hardest 2 years is not the same. I so wish that all the wonderful things come back.“

“I have to tell you on a very busy New Year’s Day and it’s typical for staff to call in or to be shorthanded after such a big night but the staff that cooks the host. Everybody was very attentive shout out to I believe Sylvia great job holding down the fort. Your team was amazing. I just moved here from Chicago. It’s very hard to find a good breakfast joint, but most importantly accrue that’s attentive and on point shout out to the crew.“

“Tiffany took care of me and my husband last night. She was absolutely phenomenal. We’ve been to this IHOP a million times and have never had service as great as we did from Tiffany. We will be requesting her from now on and I suggest anyone who goes in to do the same.“
