McDonald's offers great service, with friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant is very clean, both inside and out, making for a pleasant environment. The food is well-cooked, and the staff go the extra mile to get orders out quickly. During peak hours, especially from 10 pm to 3 am, the drive-thru can get extremely busy, often resulting in a wait of 15 to 20 minutes. The drive-thru lines tend to run slower when only one is being worked on, which can be frustrating for customers. It is recommended that the restaurant add more staff during busy times and that the app order line be designated solely for preordering customers to speed up service. The staff is very nice and helpful, and the restaurant is probably the cleanest McDonald's many have seen. The breakfast service is especially recommended for eating inside, as staff members are cheerful and seem like a family, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
