Worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald’s. Showed up at 10 o’clock at night on a Thursday and it took 25 minutes for me to get a box of cookies. They do not communicate they do not operate the store well. Management needs to learn the definition of fast food even in this growing economy. I have never had such a slow and bad experience with the service and wait time at a fast food restaurant especially McDonald’s the world renowned restaurant. All of your employees were incredibly unwelcoming on Wednesday, April 17 2024 shift at 9PM. Nobody said hi they just said “what do you want?” You could feel their negative energy. You would have thought I was inconveniencing them. It felt to uncomfortable.

Rudest night staff ever. I literally just got screamed at because I was waiting in line. I said I had no problem waiting the 2 minutes for them to reopen even tho they are 24 hours and got yelled at again by some trashy girl. I say trashy because i witnessed and heard her scream at several people pulling up to try to order.
