Place an order by phone is impossible, you call them an they put you in hold and they don’t respond.I wait for 10 minutes then I call them back 15 minutes after to try to place an order again they told me the same answer “could you hold” I tell her it’s just for place an order it just take 2 mins she don’t answered just pressed hold. I wait 6 minutes an nobody responded.Service sucks!!

We went on a Monday. So maybe because there wasn’t really much activity that my rating is a little low. But the burgers were good. You can’t go wrong with any of the fries. It’s reminiscent of a Red Robin, if I’m being honest. With garlic sauce, which was yummy. They are all Angus burgers, and cooked to order. I wish the attendant in the front was a little friendlier, but the cook did an amazing job with the food. We won’t be coming back again because it’s more a bar setting than we’d like and we can’t order just burgers individually.

I absolutely love the burgers that they serve. you can get a classic American burger, or one with a bit of a Latin twist. Whatever floats your boat, they generally have it if you’re craving comfort food. The atmosphere is fine with inviting blue lights in the evening time, but in all of the times that I visited the spot, there are hardly ever any people inside. Hopefully this review will serve as encouragement for people to go and dine in person. They have a bilingual staff, so, Spanish and English speakers can feel comfortable speaking their preferred language. They have a beer cooler with a decent selection, but are pretty limited on alcohol otherwise. The burgers aren’t annoyingly big and aren’t too messy, but are really exactly what you’re looking for when you’re just craving a burger done well.Parking: You likely won’t ever have an issue trying to find parking at this restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible from the first floor, although, wheelchair users will have to utilize a nearby ramp, because all of the shops are elevated a bit and are generally accessible by stairs. There is a single frame door that might prevent some wheelchair users from entering with ease, but the clearance is wide enough as per ADA requirements.

Then you have a side of aioli sauce and ketchup as your condiments - 10/10. Ands that’s it, HEAVEN lol.Not to mention it literally looks like the PERFECT burger. All the toppings (lettuce tomatoes, pickled onions, egg) were cookie-cutter perfect to fit the bun and patty. I think even the bacon was cut perfectly. I went back to presentation. SERVICE! They got it and it’s solid. I can’t say much, cause the guy there is friendly, welcoming, cool and chill. He talks to you but he doesn’t over talk. All I can say is the man is cool. So cool that I want his business to blow up, like in a good way. That’s how happy I am with the food and service. Twice in 4 weeks we didn’t receive delivery order that restaurant contracts with. Delivery service and restaurant told us we were just unlucky. Neither offered to replace order and I’m hungry. Will definitely go somewhere else.
