Amber's Tropical Escape

Upon arrival, me and my friend were hesitant to sit due to her two serves fornicating with one another behind the register. Nonetheless, we still decided to give the spot a chance. We ordered the boiled peanuts, and we got it quickly as well. However, Amber started to hover around us, continued to stare, and after a while we got uncomfortable and decided to pay. My friend had a cocktail from another business, which she finished and we expressed we were done and she visibly saw she was finished. However, she only took the boiled peanuts. That was fine but as me and my friend were walking away she yelled out “You forgot your cup” we found it a bit strange but we didn’t say anything we got the cup and asked one of the servers if they had a trash we could throw it away in because we didn’t want to walk all the way to the entrance to just throw away an empty cup, Amber proceeded to get upset and say something to my friend, however I didn’t hear her so I asked my friend what she said and she overheard my friend tell me what went down , and she proceeded to say “Yes I did say that and what are you going to do about it??” Immediate confusion???
All I have to say is, if you’re at a farmers market I would assume it’s to build your business and even expand into something bigger and better, however a business cannot flourish off of disrespect and lack of kindness.

My first visit to Yellow Green and this is easily the best bar. Apparently she’s been here the longest and if you need advice, she’s who to go to. A ton of beers to pick from, more than a regular bar. Definitely give it a shot

Every time we make it out to yellow green, we make sure to stop by Amber's. Extra seating, wide range of drinks and food, close to the entrance, and the owners vibes are always fun to be around. Recommend anyone coming out to yellow green to stop by Amber's Tropical Escape.

Amber is a pleasure to visit. The longest running bar at Yellow Green Farmers Market is a MUST visit for anyone visiting. Best location, even in the summer, and Amber still works here. Ask for her recommendations and you won’t regret it.

Amber is definitely one of the most wholesome people I’ve met! She’s not only friendly but your best friend Even if you’re just passing by make sure to say hello!! Her frozen sangria is a MUST to get!! Amber will forever have my business and support! 13 years strong and I can see why!!
