Arcade Cyber Arena is an awesome spot for gaming with friends. The computers are fast, games run smoothly, and the staff is always nearby to help. It feels like a modern video arcade with fair prices and a clean setup.

I came in a few minutes after opening since I wanted to use a pc while traffic dies down, the door was unlocked and lights were on so I figured it was fully opened. Once I came in, the front desk was empty and I could hear some rustling from the bathrooms so I decided to wait for someone to come attend me. I ended up waiting for nearly ten minutes, the entire time making fake coughs, talking aloud to myself, and scrolling social media at full volume to make sure I was noticeable, but no staff came to help me at all. The entire location was empty too so it’s not like there was anything going on. I ended up leaving after some time, still not having seen another soul in the place at all. If not for the cameras at the front desk I could’ve stolen from the store without anyone knowing.
As someone who works at another cyber cafe very similar to this one, something like this would get me at the very least chewed out by management.
