Store is inside the food court which could get confusing to reach if you are not familiar with the hospital layout to get there. You place your order at the counter and pick it up, then take it to the cashier, which I thought super awkward because there was not enough counter space to put my purchases down-- since brown bags took up most the space-- and I was holding a hot coffee with no sleeve because they were out by the coffee pots. I love them and their food. Funny how a little something sweet in the morning with a cup of coffee starts the day off right. The location I go to is in Memorial Regional and it is small, but the staff are quick and friendly.
A little bit of a headache finding this place inside the hospital. I also had a sandwich for my birthday barcode on my phone which they didn't want to scan because according to the cashier I could use it again unless I left them a printed copy (which doesn't make sense because there's only one code and I could always just reprint it a second time anyway and try to use it elsewhere).
