Friends came here for the ice cream but I came for the coffee. If they had a vegan Ice cream I might try it but until then I have to pass on the offer. My friends were happy with their chocolate ice cream.

What's the point of them having a store there when they have nothing to sell and just give me nearly expired ice cream? Looks they just care for how much they earn and not customers getting sick and going to a hospital or something. I would understand if it was a Saturday night but it's a Tuesday. They weren't selling any drink, nothing!

Wish i could leave 0 stars but it won’t let me. Went there yesterday at about 9:50PM, got down and was told only drive through. while we were waiting in the drive through i noticed they shut the lights off and were running out. mind you we had been waiting for a while to be attended & there was another car behind me. they left us unattended and shut their lights off and ran out. closing time was at 11 according to the internet. MAKE SURE YOU GET THERE AT 8 latest if you want to be attended.

While i didnt care for some of the more florally specialty flavors they were still good. I ended up getting two scoops of one specialty and one traditional and they were great. Cant remember which ones. If i'm in the area i'd definately come back to mashti malones.

Yes, just do it. Its flavors are remarkably authentic and refreshing. Pistachio, mint, rosewater, herbal snow, lots of love has been put into the ice cream. The decor is another story.I could eat here all day, I wish they had some sort of membership and could send you pints weekly.North of sunset on La Brea, just go.

Ice cream here is awesome! I got the pistachio saffron ice cream! Taste like saffron with bits of ice cream pistachio, not a bad combo at all. Super refreshing and light. I also got their lavender which also just taste like lavender and is super light and refreshing as well. They have vegan options for the saffron ice cream only I believe.

I wanted to order a thanksgiving cake for the kids. Tried calling for four days so I could order one. They never answered the phone. I called corporate and they told me they would have someone contact me. Never happened. Horrible customer service!!! Whoever owns the store on Taft Street in Hollywood, FL isn't fit to own this franchise. You suck.

Like one guy said it’s hit or miss. Get serious we’re talking ice cream. Not everyone is 100% all the time. So many think they can do a better job. Everyone so critical of people probably trying to make a living working hard to make ends meet. I’m certain this store gets calls and request for donation for their school band, math club, or a carnival etc, no one sees that end of it.

Ok this happened on July,28th,2020 it was my birthday I came here to get a Oreo icecream pizza cake and we paid $17 for it ok I like to check my food so I look in the box and there was a long piece of blond hair in the cake and their was still more I was shocked it was so nasty and the worker said they get delivered to them. ??

OMG! I was told to order my "Frozen" themed cake 3 days in advance which I did. My son went to pick up the cake and not one cake available....Their phone wasn't working so I couldn't make contact with anyone to remind them to hold my cake. I don't even know if a cake was delivered to the store or not.

Almost gave 4 stars because my iced coffee was absolutely horrible, but the reason I give this store five stars is because of Andre. In the drive-through his greetings always make me smile. And once you get to the window his smile, personality, and jokes will make anybody laugh on a bad day. He fixed my iced coffee with no questions asked and was delicious. Started this review in May of 2018.... not sure why it wasn't posted!
