Located in Hollywood this place sure does add a little sweetness to your every desire for ice cream! It is small but the line goes quick! They have many flavors to choose from as well as selling their infamous pints in store. I chose the half baked ice cream - it is chocolate and vanilla ice cream mixed with cookie dough & fudge brownie pieces. I got it with a chocolate dipped sugar cone & it was the perfect pairing. It gave it a nice crunch and some extra chocolate never hurt nobody ;) Staff is really great in helping. They gave us some samples of ice creams as I never knew there were so many. Was very happy with my ice cream & would recommend to visit.

Def not like it used to be!It’s been a minute since I’ve been to a Ben & Jerry’s but I remember them being so good, but not anymore. I got the brownie special and while the ice cream and brownie were good, for $10 I expected more than two small spoonfuls of ice cream and two small chunks of brownie with barely any hot fudge and mostly whip cream. I’m not sure if it’s just this location, but I should’ve listen to the reviews… I would not recommend.

The ice cream was good. I just didn’t like a couple things when we ordered. My 6 year old wanted a single scoop in a small cone and the lady wouldn’t let her order that. She literally said no, a double scoop in a big cone! We were like uhhhh okay. My kid could hardly eat half of that! I get trying to update but telling a customer no? Then I wanted a small milkshake and again she told me no, we only have large?! Just thought it was weird. She wasn’t very friendly either. But the ice cream was good so….

Overpriced. Waffle cone was soft as soon as they handed it to me. Didn’t have pints of the flavor I wanted available but said they’d gladly pack me one and charge me $11 for it. I’ll find another ice cream place next time.

The ice cream here was great! They had many of the classic Ben and Jerry flavors. The layout of the store was a bit weird and confusing when it came to standing in line. The service was just ok. Some of the display cases were a bit dirty, filled with dust and some of the display cones had hairs on them which was a bit off putting. Overall, the ice cream was good but two cones costed $20 which feels a bit overpriced.

First off it's expensive. All of their locations are, but this due to beachfront is even more. Yet do like an occasional treat. A waffle cone from here is quite good. My son likes this chain the most. I would like to thank them for the free ice cream day. Apparently that's once a year. We saw the flying advertisement, and found this to be pretty neat.The employees here are absolutely awesome. Polite, efficient, and fun. There are a lot of flavors to choose from. As for space the store is small and can get crammed. I wish it was a little larger, but am just glad it is here. After a day of swimming in the ocean, this is a good way to celebrate the fun.

A classical small Ben & Jerry's place with all their goodies, where I had some ice-cream several times, with an ocean view - loved it! It is situated on Broadwalk, next to the night theater.
