Complaint: WE GOT WINGS – Food Safety & Service Issues
I visited WE GOT WINGS last night and had one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The food I was served smelled like sour milk and made me very sick. I was up all night throwing up. When I spoke with the manager (wearing a hat), he was rude, unprofessional, and uncooperative. When I asked for a refund, he refused. I asked if the cooking oil was separate from the meat since I am vegan. The oil tasted old and contaminated, and my food even tasted like chicken wings — which I have not eaten in 27 years. The customer service was terrible, and the environment felt unsafe. I also noticed children sitting at the bar. This is highly unprofessional and unsafe. Staff should be ID’ing everyone, and kids should not be seated at a bar where alcohol is being served.
This experience was unacceptable. The food is unsanitary, and the way the restaurant is managed could easily make customers sick. I will be contacting the health department and the alcohol control authorities to report these conditions.
I have eaten here before without issues, but after this, I will never return.

I ordered the chicken tenders because I usually prefer them, but I was really disappointed with what I got. The tenders came out very dark almost burnt looking and the oil they were fried in smelled old and stale. By the time I got to the bottom of the container, it was filled with grease.
This wasn’t just an off day it’s clear the oil needs to be changed way more often. It completely ruined the taste and texture of the food. If the owner reads this, please take it seriously: change the oil. It’s not just about flavor, it’s about basic food quality.

Large place you can eat in or carry out. Plenty of unique seating and tvs to watch. Large bar in the middle. Variety of food and desserts. We tried the fried chicken, ceviche, donuts and ice cream.

Great concept like Sistruck in FTL - I think both spots are owned by the same people… atmosphere could be great but both are ghost towns.. most of the food stands have closed down just like Sistruck. There’s really no point in going anymore. If it had live music on weekends and something like axe throwing/bar games, etc then I could see it working.. but it’s just a half ass sports restaurant the way it currently stands and there’s hardly ever any customers.. I’m surprised it’s stayed open this long

Everyone is so sweet here, it’s definitely a local spot to go and I love it. They have multiple restaurants to choose from and it’s a big place so there’s so many places to sit- which I love. They also have a huge tv so I’ll have to come back to watch a panthers game!

I came here for a rest after riding my bike. There's a giant screen in here to watch games. While its a great experience the refresh rate for the 9 screens needs to be repaired and I was bummed, it kept cutting out or slowing down, also I couldn't finish watching the Oilers vs. Stars game tonight as the screen was changed to a basketball game, so I left. My go to is the boba spot, and I have a seat in the stadium chairs. Its a nice secret place to watch games if Twin Peaks next door is full.

Hands Down Shoutout to my G Sinclair at chop shop he did his thang ! I never seen such a young mad work so hard ! With 4 different order In less than 15 mins with everything ask for and a-1 service this young man gunna do great in life, an good luck with you’re professional debut !

I come here constantly because Mad Pizza is the best in town. Could not recommend his pizza more; it’s incredible, give it a shot!
HOWEVER, management for the food hall itself is making poor decisions. For the last four months at least the AC has been consistently way too high or even turned off, my wife and I literally sweat every time we eat here. It was fine when the weather was cold but now it’s getting hot and that is no longer an option. Even worse… they took away the complimentary cold water stations that patrons could fill a small cup of ice water for themselves. This is a greedy move and a bad decision, they are trying to maximize drink revenue; when in reality the complimentary water was a nice touch that we really appreciated because the beverages are quite expensive here. From now on I will have to bring my own water when I want to enjoy my favorite pizza.

I love the idea... it's like taking the mall food court and kicking out the stores. But there's one that stands out. MAD PIZZA. I love pizza where you pick it up and not worry about the toppings fall off bec of a weak soggy crust. Thin enough to save you the calories but tasty enough to know you're eating a crust. P,S, when you're asking for margherita pizza, ask them for the genuine stuff.. it was amazing. Continued greatness
