We’ve been coming to this location for years and always loved it - everything used to be fresh, tasty, and consistently great. Unfortunately, something has definitely changed recently. Whether it’s new management, understaffing, or something else, the quality has gone downhill noticeably.
The chicken is constantly burned, the rice is often undercooked, and several other menu items taste overcooked or poorly prepared. It’s simply not enjoyable anymore.
Today was the last time we decided to “give it another chance,” and sadly, nothing improved. We won’t be coming back.
I genuinely don’t understand how the manager can see burned protein going out and allow it to be served. Is the team so understaffed that quality control is no longer possible?
We’ve also heard the same complaints from our neighbors - many of them have stopped going as well.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, because this used to be one of our favorite places.

I was served by Jared in the hollywood store. He was efficient, friendly and helpful. I come to bolsy regularly as the food is good, service friendly and it is a decent price.
