We cannot express enough how amazing Francine is! Such a sweet amazing woman! She made our whole day!!!! Positive energy! The food was delicious as well! Came out nice and hot!

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Stayed nearby for 3 days and once we ate breakfast there we ended up returning for only Lunch, Dinner and back the final morning for another Great breakfast. For all those different meals I want to thank Joe, Windston, Cathy, Johanna for their incredible service. I highly recommend coming here first before anywhere else.

We were spending three nights at Margaritaville before our cruise, and we've already been to the Broadwalk Restaurant's takeout window three times - for both lunch and dinner! It's quickly become our favorite spot.

During every visit, regardless of the time, the people working the counter have been nothing but accommodating and genuinely friendly.

A special shout-out, however, goes to the gentleman working the early afternoon shift. He is an absolute gem! When he saw I had my young 2-year-old with me, he immediately offered to cut her slice of pizza into small squares for her. He shared that he has a child around the same age and completely understood the struggles of feeding a toddler.

It’s these small, thoughtful gestures that really make an impact and turn a quick transaction into a delightful experience. We're so happy that he is the face of this restaurant. His kindness and understanding show a wonderful commitment to customer service.

The food is great for a beachside bite, but the exceptional service is what keeps us coming back. Highly recommend stopping here for a meal!

We decided to eat here due to the lady that was out front he was very kind. We asked for water with our meal and we ordered at the same time. When it came to paying for our meal, I left the lady a tip, which Is what the gratuity was I guess it wasn’t enough because she went and told the gentleman at the cash register and then turned around and told another waitress and they looked at us like we didn’t give her enough money. We left feeling pointed out. Food was so-so Nothing at home about.
