Worst pizza I’ve ever had, and I’ve eaten at a lot of pizza places from New York to California. This was a soggy grease pie. How can something be over done and doughy at the same time. Never have I ever picked up a slices and had it fold in half and tear apart it was so soggy and greasy.

This was the best pizza by far that I have eaten in South Florida. The sausage was homemade, and the pepperoni had the best taste. One of the hallmarks of a good pizza is that it is not dripping with oil.I will be sure to recommend "Brooklyns NY Pizza."

First time going to Brooklyns NY Pizza and it was amazing! The slices are HUGE! Crust is thin and just the perfect amount of sauce, cheese, and pepperonis. 100% recommended trying them!

when I called to place for pick-up was left on hold for over 5 minutes and went on to static, by that time I'd already arrived at the Sheridan Street location and explained that no one picked up the phone and the lady replied that they are on another system and didn't seem to care if they lost business. I place my order for a large pizza and paid in cash. I was given a medium size pizza and ask them what's going on and on top of that the pizza was burned, she started to speak Spanish and totally ignored me unaware that I too understand and speak the language. I had a taxi waiting with meter running so I left and will never come back. Was so disappointed not only with their service but what is being advertised is not what you get. So, beware when you choose to place an order from these people and am certain management has changed hand..

I used to love this place. I used to order at JoJos Hollywood every week for years. I have been in New Jersey for a while and have moved back to Hollywood recently. I ordered online, the same way I always order…. meatball, jalapeño and pineapple( only on the app there were 4 different selections for pineapple) I chose one of the 4 pineapple selections and proceeded to order. When I arrived and paid for my pizza, I proceeded to utilize their condiment station and recognize that instead of pineapple, pepperoni was topped instead. I informed them that this was not my order and I was met with hostility, thuggery and general rudeness. I used to love this place and used to recommend this place to everyone. I’m even on one of their most popular videos on their Facebook interactions with customers when they ask “what do you think about JoJos”? Since they aggressively refused to remake the pizza, I just want to document my experience with this relatively new, hostile, inexperienced, untrained staff. Please do better with other people. I won’t be back there with my money. I gave you my money for the pizza and a tip and returned the pizza and asked what can be done to rectify this situation and you acted as if you have no manners or any etiquette. Learn from this. 30 dollars means nothing to me. But the 1000 dollars that I would continuously spend a year at this establishment will no longer contribute to your revenue.

Ordered a medium pizza and Stromboli. When we received the Stromboli it was completely raw inside. We called to tell them about the Stromboli being raw and the lady hung up the phone. I don’t recommend save your money.

We usually order from here once a week and its usually fine. Today on the other hand we made the mistake of ordering a margaritta pizza at JoJos, what a mistake! They placed tons and tons and tons a diced garlic all over the pizza, it almost seemed like a prank! To top it off we call to speak to a manager and the lady on the phone says the manager is not around and goes on to say that that is the way the pizza is served and next time ask for less garlic! I am 40 years old and love pizza and have worked in the Food and bev industry for decades in the past. I have never tasted a pizza that disgusting. The customer service was unbelievable, that lady that picked up the phone should get a new job far far away from customer service. She would not even let me talk or give us an option since we are repeat customers. Rule of thumb lady, the customer is always right!
Horrible customer service. Completely apathetic about delivery not taking place. They don't give a f*#k... it's about "automated services," not about a three year-old going without promised treat and going to bed hungry. In Covid, please only rely on the reliable... these guys are NOT it!

Probably the best pizza I have had in a long time ! I ordered on door dash my package came hot and all separated nicely and sealed even the can of soda was wrapped in foil ! and was perfect cold . The BEST garlic rolls I have ever had ! Sod fluffy uff amazing ! I will be ordering for sure again soon! It was soo good super impressed !
