They take very long to make your food. Last time I went all the workers just kept staring at me like a deer in headlights. After 10 minutes of waiting I had to leave.

I see a lot of bad reviews but won’t take credit away from the young lady with braces. She greeted me and my nephews with a great big smile! I come here for the play ground my nephews love it and it’s affordable especially after 6:30 when it gets dark outside and parks are dark and sketchy!

Finishing my vacation in Florida and returning to PR we ate here and the cashier at the car service and the cashier inside came out with tremendous courage, they should be kicked out of there, they hate life. There were 2 brunettes yelling at me that they didn't speak Spanish. If you don't speak English, avoid this place.

I give it 5 stars more than anything because of the atmosphere, very clean, quiet and the small games room they have for children is phenomenal, the little ones have fun while you can talk, eat and have a nice time
Fast food? More like no food. I ordered inside and waited 20 minutes for my food, it wasn’t until I mentioned how much longer it was going to take that they actually made my food. I saw the girl making my burger and had to repeat that I paid for extra cheese so I didn’t have to go up there again. Seemed like they prioritize the drive-through more and completely forgot about my order. Also the seats had shoe prints all over them, wanted to sit in the booth but they were all dirty… they didn’t give any incentive for the wait or could of mend their mistake with any small free food item, on the contrary, they just laughed it off and gave me my food.. not very good service on their part.

this place is TERRIBLE they make you wait almost an hour for one item off their VERY limited menu. Crappy quality even for a fast food restaurant. I recommend the burger king on 441 it’s worth a few extra minutes to drive there. NEVER coming back. (same experience, over the course of 3 different visits) whoever owns this place- time for new staff or let someone buy you out of that dump
