Went to have lunch with my husband on Sunday March 24th, 2024And the location was open but not the inside.And there was no note or reason for the Restaurant. To be closed to gest all that was open was the Drive-thru .This.Location always makes their own times that close early. Don't open up the restaurant. Won't be going there anymore. And I would tell people don't waste your time to drive to Sheridan Plaza.

The whooper jr was cold and made very sloppy and also the crispy chicken wrap was supposed to be honey mustard which it wasn’t..it was some undercooked chicken thrown together with the wrong sauce in it….you couldn’t even bite through the chicken…food was not fresh at all..burger wrapper had grease all over

Employee named XEANNA OAKLEY with a passive aggressive attitude , my husband asked cheese in his Candy bacon whopper she rudely replied “it already comes with it” when it clearly does not and she ended up charging for it, which is fine. But she should be humble enough to admit she does not the menu. She should be working somewhere else if she is so fed up with burgers -and her life- I HOPE her manager sees this.

Placed an on line order at 11:51 at the light before the store. Pulled up to drive thru no on responded. Drive up to the window. No one visable. Call at 12:01 their closing supposedly at 12 no answer. Drive away and here come the people out of hiding. Mind you we had been there 5 minutes. My order was on the screen. They took my money. NO FOOD

BK app sucks can not walk in and order off app, counter person didn't let me know the code didn't work. I have a bad back so it's hard getting up and down. Posters on outside of burgers are not available ??. Cheesy tots doesn't look like ad. Lack of ownership of employees about discontinued items and lack luster app.Staff agreed McDonald's app runs much better which leads me to go to the competition.

Place is a poor representation of the BK image and should be closed.The drive thru cashier we during the week days is rude and belligerent and a lot of the 1 star reviews mention her yet she has been there acting that way for years. Go figure a corporation allowing that. Must cost residual customer business.
This is one of the worst Burger Kings. The staff, managers don't care service is horrible! No matter what you order its always wrong or old, cold. Simply horrible. Today ordered a fish with cheese add tomato and onion. Got an over fried fish no tomato or onion, not even a slice of cheese. The fish was probably fried 3 times. Shame on this store and the staff. Fries probably sat in the bin for 1/2 hour.
