The employees' treatment towards customers is horrible, there is no respect and they are always upset!! It seems that they don't like being there. They should be more selective with their staff since the treatment they give to customers interferes with the reputation of the franchise! They don't care when they give you an order through the box office it's incomplete in summary that place is a disaster starting with its manager, it's the one who should take action. Don't go!!!!!

Worst BK I’ve even been to. Took them more than15 minutes to give us our food even though we were the only ones. They were too busy gossiping, we had to stand in front of the counter for them to start preparing our order. There was no ice, the sodas had no gas. The bathrooms were filthy, with pee all over. Floors super dirty and slippery. Service was not good at all
