Entire order was completely wrong. We ordered on the app, and at other places including other BK locations I've never had this much of a problem. The cashier had us wait at the first window, again we ordered mobile, and was very rude and there was no reason to wait at the first window.

Just close it down and prevent the further tarnish of the Burger king name. Big mistake stopping here. Drinks broken, no sauces (ran out). Just plain awful. Burgers were obviously likely microwaved but definitely not fresh. Very sad wasted $25.

The food was good, and although the service could have been a bit friendlier, it was fine overall. However, when we asked about the bathroom keys, we were just told “I don’t know,” and no one tried to help, which was a bit disappointing.

This don’t make no since . We were in drive through line for 30 mins the line was horribly long. When we finally reached the cashier window the lady with a Caribbean accent say that she only has one leg and we had to open our car door to get out to pay her because she wouldn’t move. Then she said no change we waited about 5 more minutes before she came back . Certain employees will kill your business ! It was about 7 more cars behind us . If the owner knew what was happening here I can guarantee they would not like this . Get rid of these attitude having women ! It’s bad for business!
Ordered a whopper. I have been craving for awhile. It hit the spot. Cashier was friendly.

First, when I arrived, they didn't give me any straws or any kind of sauce. I ordered a wouper with bacon and they didn't have any bacon. I went back to ask for the straw and bacon and they told me they didn't have any and the only sauces they had were mayonnaise, they didn't even have ketchup, they didn't even have napkins and they gave me the wrong drink. Don't go to this place, it's a waste of money.
