You are better off walking in, placing your order and waiting for it because everyone that placed their order in house was served and eating by the time I left. The staff could have acknowledged my order was taking longer than it should have. They didnt.

The quality control has been in the decline for some time, but anyone can have an off day, even a few off days, so we decided to give Burgers & Shakes another shot.
Sadly, we regret giving them the benefit of the doubt. The chicken sandwich we get (usually) wrapped in lettuce was maybe wrapped in one piece, and sitting on the remaining pile of lettuce. The lowest point had to be the order of onion rings - so badly over-fried that the onion rings inside the batter were the exact same hard-to-chew texture as the burnt batter.
Not sure where their standards have gone, but this was definitely a disappointing take out experience.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Burgers & Shakes for the past 10 years, frequently visiting your Miami, Hollywood, and most recently, your Fort Lauderdale location. Unfortunately, a frustrating experience today has left me rethinking my loyalty to your brand.
I placed a to-go order for two burgers and simply requested that the bun be placed on the side, as I wouldn’t be eating the meal for several hours. I tried calling ahead to make this request but couldn’t get through—no one answered the phone. When I arrived and asked politely, I was told that this simple adjustment was against policy.
I genuinely don’t understand the logic behind that policy, and it’s disappointing that such a small, reasonable request couldn’t be accommodated. It gives the impression that customer experience isn’t a priority.
What’s more concerning is the overall inefficiency of your system: no online payment options, no delivery, unreliable phone access, and online ordering frequently disabled. These limitations, combined with today’s experience, are enough to push away even your most loyal customers.
I’ve always appreciated your food, but for me, customer service comes first. I hope management seriously considers updating your policies and operations. You’ve built a great brand over the years—it would be a shame to see it lose customers over things that are so easily fixable.

I asked for some sliders to go and they put it in a made up bag of paper, needless to say that when I got home, the sliders and the paper became one and I couldn’t eat, I’m a regular but the last time I asked to go they gave it to me in a box, I don’t who came up with the idea but it clearly don’t work, they should get fire and go back to boxes

I had the B&S burger and honestly it’s one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! As a women this was the best pms craving in the worlddd! The burger is so juicy big and flavorful with the crispy thick fries…. u really have to try this place! Five guys has absolutely nothing on them! I want to drive back for a shake!

Great burgers but if you order online and expect to get here and get it at the time they said it would be ready just know it won’t, they won’t prep anything until you pay so be ready to wait 15-20 mins to get your order.

This place is awesome!! A meal under $10 in 2025?? Unheard of!! Service is great too, they were very understanding about my pork allergy and cleaned the grill for me before making my meal. They have gluten free options as well! Would definitely recommend and will totally be back!
