I've been going to Cali since they only had the Hollywood location. In recent years and since they opened up a bunch of locations, it's really gone down in quality. Every time I go I either get a cup of milk or creek water, no in between. The past 5 or so times I have been I have been severely disappointed with my drink. The service is always great, but if they can't get my drink right, no point in even going and spending my money.

Cali Coffee used to be my favorite place to get coffee. I loved going there and recommended it all the time. Unfortunately, that has completely changed.
I am very afraid of bees and it is full of them . The situation is serious and needs immediate attention. This is not just about discomfort — it’s a safety and hygiene issue. As long as this problem continues, I will not be returning, and I honestly believe many others will feel the same.

Way better than Starbucks! Prices are extremely affordable - lots of different flavors to choose from. Staff was super kind.

I can only speak regarding the iced coffees but there is WAY too much milk in it. You taste absolutely no coffee. I made an attempt to try the seasonal cookie butter drink and it literally tasted like I got a full cup of milk with no additional flavor. I went home and brewed my own coffee, used some as cream for my coffee & tossed the rest. A little disappointing because it's not cheap.

It's right next to where I live and it's the perfect coffee place for when you're heading to work or getting on the highway for a road trip.
The service here is amazing! Everyone is so nice and friendly.
I've never been inside, and I actually don't think you can go inside, but the outside vibes are really fun.
