While the food and coffee is great, the service is not good if you don't speak Spanish. I watched as other people before me and after me receive friendly service but when I spoke immediately the order takers attitude changed.

Growing up in Miami, I am very well versed and educated Cuban food. Though I am not Cuban, but I am the other wing of Puerto Rican decent. I try to support all local businesses and especially if they are of Hispanic. I have tried to give CAO a try, but they keep falling into this microwaveable concept that really turns me off. My croquettes again today COLD, and the empanada also. It was so disgusting. My cafe con Leche was freaking COLD.
Julian came ro bring a sandwich ordered and was super nice and tried to turn things around, but told her this is not the first time this happens here. Will not return. I will driver further to Vickie Bakery!

This location is bigger and when we got here around 11 am there were a lot of pastries and they were also putting out new ones. The pastelitos were delicious, the cheese, dulce de leche and Nutella were my favorites.

Yesterday I was in this bakery buying some pastries and sweets and while I was there I heard the manager Alejandra I think is her name speaking to the employees in a rude way. I was really mad cause knowing they are all Latinos she supposed to respect them and treat them like they deserve cause they are doing a great job. I feel she needs to make up her mind and start respecting
I can't believe they don't make cheese croquettas!!!!!! They didn't have any chicken breast or a sandwich. And they didn't have churrasco sandwich!!!! Never go there again!

Their workers are very presentable (uniformed) and their hygienic services are very important! ….clean and spacious?.
Parking: Free parking is located outdoors where the restaurant is.
Kid-friendliness: It is a spacious place where you can go as a family?. It also has tables and chairs outside to enjoy the outdoors.
