This bakery has terrible customer service. The person who served me was quite unpleasant, you had to wait a long time for your meal to arrive, and the awful coffee tastes like hot milk because it wasn't prepared properly. The food I requested a refund for has not yet been delivered. I'll speak with the business about my money.

It's a nice place and my family goes frequently for bread and coffee, but it's always so slow and freezing inside. There are some items that are very tasty and others that aren't that great such as the empanadas.

First time eating at a CAO bakery. Had lunch at the Hollywood location. Everything was great but customer service definitely needs some improvement. I ordered a regular coffee and a cuban sandwich. The coffee was made extra sweet. When I asked the server how many spoons of sugar to a regular coffee. I am not understanding why but she seem annoyed when she answered "one spoon". I am sure there was more then a spoonfull of sugar added. To my surprise she thought she would correct it by adding more milk. Dah!! In the garbage it went. Why couldn't she just bring me a fresh cup? I realized afterwards I could have saved myself the aggravation when I noticed the condiment area had sugar packets. Next time I will visit other location since food was better then the customer service at this location.

I ordered through Uber eats and the restaurant called me at the last minute to tell me they did not have the items I ordered. I asked them to cancel the order. They told me I had to cancel the order through Uber Eats, which I did, and they still charged me because they said I cancelled instead of the restaurant. THIS IS FRAUD! Don't patronize this business. They engage in deceptive business practices.
