Its unfortunate when the service is so bad that you never even get to experience a restaurant becuase its so blatantly rude that you'd rather run out the door than give them a cent of your nusiness. Not surprising that the ENTIRE restaurant was empty.

About 25 things on the menu but you can only choose a couple things because business is too slow. Pot pie took over an hour to make.

It's a no from me. Customer service is good but the food is not. I got the bowl. Basmati rice with a few speckles of grey chicken. Plantains were good and fresh. Chicken sandwich is flat and lifeless. Fries are grey as well. I will not be going back.

It's locally own by women, my respect for going into the business world ladies! Now to review the restaurant itself, I went for the first time today during my late work lunch, the place is very clean and ample inside. There is plenty of free parking (this info is important because if you live or play near Hollywood you know that there are a bunch of places with no parking and you have to end up having to pay for garage). They have fried yucca, black beans, white and brown rice, mac and cheese, mash potatoes, vegetables, corn on the cob, etc., for desserts they have cheesecake, key lime pie and flan (the cashier told me that they don't have flan everyday because it's made on site so just ask before hand if you are extremely picky just to see if they have the dessert you want. They have a soda machine (self serve) and they also have can sodas and waters, jarritos (Mexican soda) and beers.

Doesn’t operate like a business that plans to be around for a while. I walked in at 6pm on Friday and they had one rotisserie chicken and one pot pie in the warmer. Only 2 other customers were present. I ordered a DIY burrito and it took over 10 min to make the chicken (at a chicken place)! Same with fries..

I saw this restaurant on Deco Drive and the food looked fresh and very appetizing. As I walk in the restaurant it was empty and the food was prepared by the cashier which was not the chef as it seemed to be on tv... also the cashier was also the waitress as well. I watched her handle money and never wash her hands. I ordered the 1/2 chicken with white rice and black beans and the food was cold!!! The Mac and cheese was not good either which was also cold. My kids French fries were super hard as if they were old and had been placed in hot oil again, the vegetables were hard cold and crunchy. My son did not eat any of his 1/4 chicken due to the food was really cold!!! I'm very disappointed due to Deco Drive showed a chef preparing the food cooked to order when everything that I ordered was already pre cooked and sitting under a heated lamp which that means it's not fresh and cooked to order. I spent $38 for cold food, unfortunately I will never eat here again!

2nd visit besides the fact that they put very little meat in the sandwich I almost lost some teeth in BBQ sandwich. Coleslaw didn't seem fresh, sauces left from day before. Needless to say, that was my last visit.

I really can't comment on the food because both times I was in there I never got a chance to try it. First time I was in there about 2 weeks ago. I walked in and stood at the counter for several minutes. Nobody else was there. There were two gentlemen behind the counter. No one ever acknowledged me. I walked out. I decided to give them a second chance. Everyone has a bad day occasionally. I went in, was greeted, ordered a sandwich and 15 minutes later I still didn't have my sandwich. The young lady behind the counter started arguing with me at first, that the food was coming but then I told her just to refund my money I need to leave. The manager/owner came out and was apologetic and gave me my money back. He was even going to give me the food and my money. I had a long drive ahead of me and there was no way I was going to eat while driving. I hope they get their act together and figure things out. The food actually did look good. But I won't ever know. 2 strikes is all you get.

First time visit. Ordered a "bowl" with a couple of sides. Received a helping of chopped chicken and my two sides. Not sure what the bowl was supposed to contain, but I had asked if the bowl already had rice in it and got a "yeah". My "bowl" was just a pile of chopped chicken. Flavorful, but inadequate. No second chances. There are too many other places to eat.

Place is good the food is good. people there are very nice especially linage. Really tries to help customers. However the the condition of the condiment bar not so nice. The sauces are great great. The condiment system instead of pumping or handing out the sauce. You will find for reason other peiecs of food in it. And lots of it! I go in at night time mostly. They struggle at night or late afternoon having enough chickens and sauce, not allot of space at the condiment bar. the garbage system is not looking good either. Need to pay attention to the details! The food is good and the people are nice and prices are good. I've never had anything taste bad as in other reviews. If they didn't have the good service people, not sure about how often I would go back. Place has great potential. Good luck guys!
