I’ve gone to several chicken kitchen locations and while I’ve never had a bad experience, I felt inclined to share how great my experience with this location has been. The first time I visited this location was on my birthday a few weeks ago and the girls that attended me were so sweet and welcoming. Today I came in again and Sisi was there, she immediately recognized me and asked about my birthday and even remembered my favorite sauce. I work in retail and know that remembering a customer I’ve only seen once before can be a nearly impossible task. Either way, it made my experience that much more special and memorable and for that I’m truly thankful. And of course, the food is always hot, delicious, perfectly portioned.. can’t ask for more!

I walked in today at 9/23/25, at 4:30pm and the guy with the balding hair working with two women was incredibly rude, and hostile as he greeted me while shaking his head up and down. Then as I was looking the menu, he interrupted me and asked me if I was ready multiple times in a really hostile manner. He made a strange gesture with his knife and seriously gave serial killer vibes. I asked if he felt alright and there was hostility in his face for reasons I can’t even imagine. Very low class. I feel sorry for the women who have to work with him.

I have only been to this location for carry-out a couple times since it is a little out of the way for me, but so far my experience has been great! The store is bright and clean, and the staff are fast, courteous and attentive. I wish the CK restaurants near me were like this one. The chop-chops are quite good for quick carry-out. I would return to this store any time I am passing through Pembroke Pines and picking up dinner to go!

The food was consistent with the other franchise location, fresh and well seasoned however, they changed the way they served the large chop which now contains 1/4 of the food that the past container contained, even less than the older regulars container carried, and charge more than before. I am not sure if its a franchise wide change however that is deceiving. Last time eating in this establishment.
