Wow, what an incredible dining experience at Chilelimón! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome and cared for by the owner Raul and our server Constanza - their hospitality was top-notch! The food was absolutely delicious, especially the quesabirria and elote - we can't stop raving about it! A great fusion experience! Delicious Peruvian ceviche and delicious Mexican birria as well! Great atmosphere and decor, with excellent service! Our server Javier did a great job helping us choose excellent plates as well as refreshing drinks We are looking forward to going back!
I had an awesome time at Chilelimón! Constanza and Raúl were super friendly and made us feel right at home. The Mexican-Peruvian fusion was on point, the ceviche and leche de tigre were out of this world, and the quesabirrias were so good. The live music and vibe in the place just made everything better.
