I live not far away and this chipotle is closest to my home. I always was satisfied with the service and food. Today I ordered my regular chicken bowl and person who was helping me spoke zero English. He was rude and was not listening what I want. He was scraping chicken from the sides of the bowl, was not able to get the whole spoon of chicken and just put whatever left and slide the bowl down the line with half portion of chicken. It’s very unprofessional and rude to treat customers like that.

This place is my usual go-to. Just make sure you see your food is fresh, and they listen when you tell them what you want for your serving and not get ahead of themselves by rushing to serve the next person. Otherwise, then that you will be in and out smoothly.

Dear Chipotle Team,
I wanted to share my recent experience at your location, which was unfortunately very disappointing due to the terrible customer service I received.
I arrived around 11:00 AM, and to start, there was no brown rice available. As I was making my bowl, the employee asked if I was going to pay extra for extra Fajitas. When I reached the checkout, I inquired about Chipotle Tabasco sauce, and she told me they didn’t have any. I then asked if the sauce she was holding was the one I was looking for, and she replied "no" with a smirk and a dismissive attitude. She didn’t even bother to check if more sauce was available in the back. As a result, I had to go to Publix to buy my own hot sauce.
Throughout this interaction, the employee was also engaged in another conversation with someone else, clearly not giving me her full attention. It felt like she didn’t care about my needs as a customer.
I visit Chipotle three times a week and have never experienced bad customer service until I came to this location. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.

The food some times is pleasing and enticing, it depends who's preparing the bowl. For some reason there are no standards for the portions served, some times you get a generous amount of CHK or steak, otters you barely see the CHICKEN in top of the rice and beans, under copious amounts of lettuce and sour cream, Lol... Ingredients and preparation are always fresh, everything is prepared daily, in very aseptic environment as it should. The restaurants have basic tables and seating, clean and upkeep, around 20 ppl; however, lacks Ambiance, or magnetic decor, nor music. Chipotle gives you a decently priced fast meal with accommodation good enough to eat and off You go!. Offering few Mexican dishes, an Americanized version of the traditional . The seasoning isn't quite real, not rich or sassy enough, but enjoyable. Priced according to the potions served, tasty enough to fulfill a Mexican craving. Chipotle couldn't sell a burrito or bowl if their recipes were prepared more traditionally. That rich Mexican flavor is too overwhelming for most American patron’s.
Parking: Enough parking and available most of the time.

I placed an online order yesterday and when I went to go pick it up they were extremely rude and told me they were closed and I cannot receive a refund. I did not get my food and I received horrible treatment. I understand unforeseen circumstances can occur but staff should be trained on how to manage these situations better.

Worse food quantity I have got for what I have paid .They are scamming filling the bowl first full with lattuce and no room for adding anithing we want on top of it the employee didn't understand english

Not sure how you can run a restaurant with "NO FORKS" at 4:PM in the afternoon and expect people to understand their food must be "Hacked" at with spoons and knives. We won't be going back. Wait until the dinner crowd shows up later!
