The staff here were very rude & disrespectful by not allowing my guest & I in. We had our tickets in advance, made it in the correct line on time (General Admission)yet they didn't let us in saying that we didn't have tickets. My guest & I flew all the way out here to Florida to have a good time in Miami, which we did. Sadly our trip ended on a disappointing terrible note by not being allowed to enter this event & for no reason. Our IDs were valid, we passed the pat down inspection, yet the staff didn't want our business for whatever reason. When I asked multiple times why they didn't want our business or to allow us in for the 2 valid tickets we had, the Club Vault staff had no explanation & just kicked us out of line & said we weren't welcome. We had cash to pay for our tickets AGAIN at the door & they simply said we don't want your money here. It came off as very racist & offensive. Don't waste your time going to Club Vault. Terrible customer service & not clear on rejecting people that are paying customers just like anyone else who wishes to attend. It's 2024 & yet racism is still prevalent, a big shame. ??

At the end of the night, security attempted to fight members in my party. The bowlegged security was reasonable, however, he watched his countrrpart jump over couches to try to intice a fight without intervention. I can't get behind that level of poor customer service to appease napoleon complex. Ghetto and a hard pass.

Great venue, The service is very poor. The food is a poor representation of Jamaica’s culture. I had the jerk chicken, zero flavor and it was dry. I do not recommended the food. Have a few drinks with friends and leave.

The security & staff are rude as hell especially the dyke security who has a smart mouth . They just now started to make people pay for parking which I don’t understand because as soon as you get in you have to look for parking for YOURSELF??? why not charge for valet ??!? Anyways on Caribbean nights they literally only play Jamaican music back to back . Over all your best bet is to go somewhere else to step out and have fun . Because coming to this place is a waste of gas money and time!!!

Directed to Tropical Fridayzz: Been here before and had a blast music is great, vybe is great food was great! I had such a great time that I decided to invited my friends out with me there on my Birthday Night and was disappointed by the outcome of the night.Admission to the club seemed confusing and it seemed like they were prioritizing and picking and choosing who they wanted to let in. There were 5 of us and we had pre paid for a section; when we finally got to the front of the line the security told us we could NOT come In because my friend was wearingBACKLESS LOAFER (not a sandal)! I understood this but then questioned it when I saw more than several women gain access to the club wearing sandals and push toes! The bouncer then told me it only applies to men which made absolutely no sense. The lady that was accepting payments for admission even questioned his decision but he was adamant about not letting us in. I was deeply annoyed and upset by this and requested my 300 dollar refund and left!!No prior disclosure to a shoe policy was made any where on the ticket or entrance and to be told that on such a momentous night was disappointing! @tropicalfridayz
