Had a great experience here! The staff was super friendly and patient while I took forever picking a flavor. I ended up going with one of their signature mixes in a waffle bowl, and it was amazing—so creamy and packed with toppings. The place was clean, and the vibe was relaxed. Definitely coming back next time

Had the most unpleasant experience today. I normally prefer the staff that runs this reopened cold stone. This afternoon, a young lady in a Louis Vuitton head scarf was exceptionally rude, passive aggressive, unprofessional, and unsanitary. She touched the cone with her bare fingers. Gross. She added in the wrong mix ins. And she acted as if i needed points to pay for my order. Due to the courtesy of the normally polite staff, I will give this location another chance. But if i see her, I'm definitely spending my money elsewhere. She was awful.

I had spent $20 take 4 off. I only spent $19 , They did not give me the four dollars off, and they docked my app!!! I do not Not recommend this store, I will be calling Corporate to complain. There are more than 20 reviews that are 1 star now , The service is completely atrocious! They barely understood English and there was horrible service. I guess you don’t have to have an education to work at a ice cream store. It’s really really bad because even though the McDonald’s does better service than this terrible place. I will also not be going to the store ever again that’s how bad it is
