Walking into the newly reopened Cold Stone felt like a little slice of happiness. The fresh look immediately caught my eye, but it was the warm smiles from the staff that truly made my day. They were so friendly, taking the time to help me pick the perfect flavors while making me feel right at home. Watching them mix my ice cream with such care was the cherry on top. I’ll keep coming back for!
I went tonight 12/22 around 9pm and I have to say the customer service was so great. The boy who made my ice cream was so nice and greeted us with a smile. Love to see it!

Terrible service. Prices went higher when the owners changed. Service is absolutely horrible. Friendliness is out of the question. I’m never coming back to this location even though it kills me. I will NOT be recommending this location ever again.

OMG they are open again. Store looks much brighter, cleaner and organized. Looks like new ownership and great customer service. Must be recently renovated. Again, its coldstone, can’t go wrong with it.

I received a gift card for my birthday. I couldn't wait to use it. The first time I went into the Hollywood store it was closed for repairs . I went again tonight and they were open but they said that I couldn't use my gift card because they just reopened! That's unacceptable! My gift card was paid for with cash and it should have been accepted! Not Good...

They close at 10PM and we rolled up at 9:45PM and the store is completely deserted. All doors locked and lights off, not even an employee in sight. We drove 25 minutes to get this and it’s a huge inconvenience for them to close at least 15 or more minutes early than the stated closing time.

Outstanding service! Friendly attentive staff (they were all hispanic crew, female manager on a monday night- cant remember their names) despite 6 of us showing up 10 minutes before closing while store was wrapping up. We were still serviced with pleasant attitude and they gifted my daughter her ice cream since it was her birthday. Establishment was clean too. I always liked coldstone ice cream so it's good to me. They are not stingy with the toppings either. Highly recommend ?? ??

2nd time I had horrible customer service in this location this time the kid inside locked the door at 10:30 wouldn't serve us they are supposed to close at 11. First time the girl had a horrible nasty attitude. What is going on here cold stone I think you need better management/employees. I'll never go there again
