They close at 10PM and we rolled up at 9:45PM and the store is completely deserted. All doors locked and lights off, not even an employee in sight. We drove 25 minutes to get this and it’s a huge inconvenience for them to close at least 15 or more minutes early than the stated closing time.

Outstanding service! Friendly attentive staff (they were all hispanic crew, female manager on a monday night- cant remember their names) despite 6 of us showing up 10 minutes before closing while store was wrapping up. We were still serviced with pleasant attitude and they gifted my daughter her ice cream since it was her birthday. Establishment was clean too. I always liked coldstone ice cream so it's good to me. They are not stingy with the toppings either. Highly recommend ?? ??

Ice cream here is great. I stopped by Sunday evening to get my grandson a little treat. He got a medium sized cup of chocolate chip, and I got a large cup of coffee lovers only. That was the best. The service was amazing I was only going to get plain coffee ice cream until I was asked if I'd like to try the coffee lovers only I'm glad it was suggested it was the best I've had since eating coffee ice cream and I love anything coffee or coffee flavored!The creamery wasn't too busy where as you had to wait in line for service. You were greeted as you walk in and waited on in a short period of time there after. Nice atmosphere clean, no trash on the floor. I will be going again soon!J Dupree

I went to coldstone at 9:53pm and they close at 10:00pm. The guy had the door closed and would not let me in…it was not 10:00pm yet and I always come to this location. It was very disappointing if the time is not 10:00pm I believe that I should have been able to go inside it was not closing time yet. Do better coldstone!

This place was absolutely disgusting. They had old ice cream sitting out, melting. Service was terrible, said they were out of a certain ice cream and proceeded to restock as I purchased a different flavor. Worker was very rude. No hair nets, no gloves, no sanitation. Would not EVER go back here, waste of time and money.

I asked for a dipped waffle cone, the guy serving me cut me off and said there wasn’t when there clearly was waffle cones to the left of me. All he had to do was dip it in the fudge that they said they had. I asked for cookie dough and it didn’t even taste like it at all. The service was rushed and made my boyfriend & I feel like a bother. It was overall weird service… especially coming from the guy with dreads and glasses. Threw me off, not coming back.

Takes 20 minutes to get ice cream when there is only 2 other people in the store. No acknowledgement I'm there. Train your staff better or hire more/better staff.
