Chicharrones are BEST I’VE EVER HAD!!! Please do yourself a favor and eat here often. The concon is phenomenal with the chicken and beans. Live in Georgia. Can’t wait to go back to south Florida

This is a consumer warning to the public. This is the most racist run restraunt. That I have ever come across. As a white person who has lived in Illonis. I have have been welcomed in many different restraunts. That are spicifically geared around one or two different cultures. Other then American, I have eaten many meals. That were created and cook with. Respect towards their customer. Whether it is cooked for a customer of their own race or not. The individuals that work at Con Hambre. Deliberately ignore white people. I was ignored between ten to fifteen minutes. By wait staff who were obviously not busy. OH one more thinv that gets me. You are forced to tipp. Tipping is the response of the waiter or waitress. Going out of his or her way for a better dinning experience.

Located at the bus intersection of 441 and Hollywood Boulevard, Con Hambre has a wide-ranging menu of seafood, chicken, and pork dishes, plus a selection of pastas.

There’s plenty of TVs, and a music playing at a reasonable volume. The wait staff is personable… not overly friendly, but not rude.

I wasn’t super hungry during my visit, so I kept it light with a small salad and passion fruit lemonade, which was recommended by the employee who took my order. The juice was good and the salad was a decent size for $6. It didn’t come with dressing, but the employee brought me a small container of condiments that sit on the larger tables.

When it was time to pay I noticed the automatic 15% gratuity added to the check.

While the atmosphere inside the restaurant is nice, I’d be remiss to not point out that there’s a car detailing business that consumes most of the parking lot in front of the restaurant.

Highly recommend this restaurant is excellent food above and beyond. I came to wash my car next-door and this is the second time wow speechless You have to come for yourself and check it out. Everything is excellent. The beers are very cold.

Lovely little spot with cute decor. Now, the food, the service, and the drinks did not disappoint. I had the chicharron de cerdo as an appetizer. So good, crispy on the outside and moist and delicious on the inside. The steak and chicken breast were cooked to perfection. The food was fresh and perfectly seasoned. Nice portions. They don't spare on the food or the drinks. You only need one to relax. I tried the Tequila Sunrise and Fresca y coco daquiri. Great place for family or a date. Hey, get an authentic hand car wash while dining. I definitely will be returning. Don't be scared of a little gratuity being included. It's worth it!

I was i of only 3 parties in attendance and was the only non hispanic, I wasn't even offered a glass of water, meanwhile the other 2 parties were serviced, btw this is the and time this happened at this restaurant with the same exact waitress.

The food was great.
However , there were flies while we were eating that were around the whole time. The waitress couldn’t do anything to stop them. That is very important in any place . The table had a problem with one of the legs. These small things might hinder the pleasure of enjoying excellent service and food. I would suggest to check the tables and chairs before customers come in.

They were so rude and didn’t even open on time I sat outside in the morning waiting for them to open after it says they were open and I walk in and I try to use the restroom before I order and they tell me to go use car wash restroom and I asked if they don’t have a restroom in here and they said yes but go use the car wash restroom I don’t know why maybe because I’m darker but and didn’t speak the same language as them but they were very rude
