Don't bother calling the store the excuse is it's a 3rd party Delivery. You should take some responsibility for who you use for your deliveries. Don't bother asking any questions about ingredients. You get a I don't know answer. Online info is not always complete. Apparently, there is no ingredients notebook in store.

TikTok hype that I obviously don't know about, but during my visit to Miami I had to bring Crumbl cookies for my daughters. So, as a good father should, I did just that. After a flight of 18 hours in total, including delay, I dragged a box full of cookies all the way to the Netherlands!

It’s rare that I leave bad reviews, but this experience at Crumbl was a disaster. I’ve enjoyed Crumbl many times (including at this location), but this visit was incredibly disappointing. I bit into my cookie as I was leaving the store and realized it was cold, despite being advertised as warm. Having had their chocolate chip cookie many times before, I know what to expect and that wasn’t it.
I went back in immediately, and at first, they offered me a warm cookie if I waited 2–5 minutes. After waiting, they changed their story and insisted the cookie I received was warm. The store was empty, yet I waited over 10 minutes for a manager (Miranda) who simply denied my experience instead of resolving it. Easy solution was to offer me a cookie straight out of the oven as they did Initially.
I even called the number on their business card but could only reach the same unhelpful staff.
This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I hope Crumbl management especially the owners Ahmed, Zain, and Yousuf step in to address it.

I’ve never been more disgusted and disappointed by crumbl . I walk in you can instantly smell weed which is a surprise because this is an established shop. I order a box of cookies still because ive been waiting all week but if i knew beforehand how they would’ve came out i would have not spent my money. I receive my cookies and 4/6 are BROKEN!! I talk to one of the girls there here name is miranda if i could remember right and she told me she cannot give me a new set of cookies with an attitude then she turned around and continued to talk to another coworker leaving me with my broken cookies. highly disappointed they should be careful who they hire.

I had a terrible experience so I had to write a review! Normally, I go here after work and it’s usually in and out because I order through the app but not today. I walk in and i’m not greeted which doesn’t bother me much because I know the workers are stressed/ busy. But after 5 minutes seeing people get their orders who walked in, and I still haven’t been acknowledged I start feeling uncomfortable. I continue to wait then go back to my car, checking to see if I did everything correctly on the app. This has never happened to me before, I check the app and it says everything is correct I’m “first in line” I wait in my car for more time then return inside. Eventually I wait for a worker to call an order, go to them and tell them I don’t see my order and have been waiting. She gets my name and gives me my cookies, they look as though they’ve been sitting there and been made. I was really annoyed because this has never happened to me at this location, and waiting defeats the whole point of the app.
