The owner and staff are great and the donuts are absolutely delicious! We live in Indiana but we visit Hollywood every year and never miss a stop or two to the Hollywood Donut Factory! The cronuts are my favorite!!!!!

It’s my first time at Donut Factory. I ordered my food over the phone. Services were fast which I love. But when I got there I ordered a small coffee. I pay $3.69 for it when I got it wasn’t even half way to the cup. I took two sip and it was done. The waiter cheated me. I could have go get my coffee from Dunkin instead. It wasn’t fair to me not to get what I paid for. I should have got the right portion for what I paid for. So I had to go somewhere else to get more coffee. I don’t think I would go back there. But Thank you anyway

The Hollywood Donut Factory was amazing today! My son and I stopped by, and everything—from the warm welcome to the delicious donuts—was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit special, and the donuts were fresh, creative, and absolutely delicious. It’s not just a place to grab a treat, it’s an experience. We’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you to Mrs. Kate for making us welcome at a local spot in Hollywood, she is the best!

Huge donuts! Fresh, soft, and super flavorful. I absolutely loved the guava and cream cheese filling, it’s so unique and delicious. The coffee pairs perfectly with the sweetness, making it a great spot for breakfast or a treat. Honestly, I’m not kidding about the size of these donuts, one can easily be shared by four people, but they’re so good you might not want to share. Definitely well recommended!

I just left and while the donuts i purchased were good. The older woman at the front is horrible. I placed my order sat and waited for my food and ate some of my donut holes. After I got my food I decided to order more donut holes. There was one girl making coffee I told her I wanted to order more she said give her a moment. The older lady then came over to the cash register did something a man walked in after me and she proceeded to ask him if he needed help like I wasn't standing her waiting to place another order. I just walked out. I was trying to purchase more but instead of servicing the existing customer she ignored me very bad customer service. If I decide to return i won't order from her

Omg the best! As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a smile. It was our first time there and they were very patient with us. We ended up getting a guava and cheese and a caramel delight. I highly recommend. I wish we had something like this Orlando. I got a business card to add to mt collection of coffee and donut places I've visited
