Danis' Lechona, nothing to do with this typical Colombian dish, did not have any flavor of Lechona, the only thing that stood out was that it was salty, the meat was too shredded, which made it too dry, based on how it came prepared, you can tell that That Suckling Pig was really overheated. Colombians, do not be convinced that because it is called Lechona, you are going to enjoy a good Lechona like the one they prepare in our Colombian land.

I have been searching for a really good tamal in South Florida, and I finally found it here. I enjoy it so much that I wanted to buy a few to take home, but they were already sold out, even though the place had been opened for less than 2 hours. Not really surprising since it is delicious
