Great rainy day option. 3 hours went by in a flash. Some games frustratingly broken. Overall great visit and value.

I came down from Orlando to spend time with family and decide to come to Dave and buster which wasn’t the best option. This location was horrible. The server never came and see how we were doing or nothing, the kids couldn’t get no refills do to the server taking forever to come back. And aldor the guy that was in the front he was acting like he was so overwhelmed that he couldn’t handle the long lines

Celeste is the worse bartender and tonight was a super bad service. she left me waiting for 20 minutes and was super rude and a the other bartender was rude too.
This is a great place to visit and be yourself but I have to say that the food and waiters here was fantastic especially when they had the eat and play combo long time ago, but now the food is common and bland, plus you get lil to no attention from waiters, everything is computerize even the customer service, please bring back the creative food menu and the attentive happy waiters!
girl at the front desk was nice but seemed confused about questions regarding the cards not working. 2 managers (man and lady) were very hostile, servers were rude and unfriendly. acted as if we were bothering them, don’t care to come back to this location

The bartenders in the inner bar were really rude. Really ruined the whole experience, because everything else was great. Jackie in the best all around.
Food is bar style. Wings,burgers,salads. They do offer some pasta dishes. Wings a very good. The game room is always fun! Easy to spend a few hours here.
