we ended up in a private party room had a great experience. Our server had a great attitude and we could not have been happier.

i made this reservation for my niece birthday. it was pretty dead so i thought the service would be better. the service was slow and only came to the table once with no refills for drinks. the food did not take fresh at all the fries were not even hot. i asked on reservation for cake to sing happy birthday and this was not done. Very upset overall

The air conditioning was not working which was the only issue and why it got 3 starts for ambiance

I had a wonderful birthday celebration. The food was very good and the games were awesome.

The staff that served us was hard working but stretched beyond limit... They are understaffed, and thus, the nes who are there are not able to manage the workload with customer service. The games, etc, overpriced the front desk very short and do not have time to answer questions...the place smells of mold and mildew. It's not worth the time to revisit. There are much better options.

In general the experience is good, but the service is extremely alow, and its not the first time. It was a weekday and not full, no idea is slow personal or lack of it. Food was ok. But children had fun.

I went to the location in Hollywood, FL for the first time!! I went there to watch a AEW PPV and it was terrible. First the frickin manager didn't even know where we should sit and there was no sound for 90% of the event . Then at the end of the event, not knowing that when a big ppv is happening they dont run on time, they turned the show over before it was done and ofcourse after we paid the check! I drove a hr to this location. I will never come back and i want my money back!!

My grandson had a blast that made me enjoy!👍

Honestly don’t know what we did to offend the staff the service was awful and I mean bad!! Was told they were understaffed at the moment sry for the hr long delay on a simple appetizer while the door swung open to the kitchen and could see at least 3 servers on their phone scrolling it’s typical South Florida service at one of these establishments. So you just have to serve yourself by walking up to an empty bar to grab refills, order any food, etc… the manager just kept making excuses lol and we would laugh made no sense not planning on going back and we live right down the road can’t imagine how many people feel the same this was kind of a last shot thing and it didn’t work out

Food is expensive and not that nice. There are a lot of different games to play, but make sure you buy what you need cos you can't get your money back if you don't use all your credit, but the credit is for life.
