An old customer of the store everytime I visit the store to buy seafood. The lady owner never greets us or at least smile. Bad attitude, they also sell me spoiled food.

I blame myself for not double checking, but they sold us spoiled snow crab legs. It had an off-putting smell, slimy texture and discoloration. Fresh crab legs should have a pleasant oceanic smell, a firm texture and a consistent color. She did offer to give me a refund, but only if I brought back the spoiled crab legs.

I’m at the fish market today Sat Apr 23 and the owner came from the back, saw me waiting but would not care to greet the customer. Wanted to buy red or yellow tail snapper but they only have 1 snapper. Asked the rude lady if they had some more in store, she went to look and came back to let me know they only had the one. Unbelievable!

The owner treat different customers differently. Called the store earlier today to confirm if they have fresh seafood, they said the have fresh batch available. Came to the store, there are only some left overs. Since I drove one hour here, I decided to pick up from the left over. When I am paying the bills, some of owners’ friend or family come, then the owner let them go into their storage area and open a new box for them. Feel really disappointed at their service :(((
