“I had a very bad experience with a pizza that was made one night. It was so hard and not edible. Unfortunately i did not notice until i got home. The next day I brought it back. I showed the pizza to a young lady at the front by the name of Mari. She was so professional and understood why I was upset. She apologized and went above and beyond to make things right.
