Horrible service listening skills ability to read a food ticket properly so that no mistakes are made i used to frequent the place,but this place has become horrible. Ive been here since 7pm right now its 8pm amd im still waiting in line to get my garlic rolls that they forgot to put with my order what makes matters worse is i asked for extra parm and garlic sauce and they gave me not a single drop now all my food is cold from waiting for them to make a 16 count garlic roll order so now i have the pleasure to serve my family COLD FOOD!!

I have been waiting 3 hours for my order to be delivered. It was ordered at 6:06 PM and left the store after 7:45. The driver is dropping off a different order first and my order will not be delivered for another 40 minutes. God, I hate to actually say this but I remember when it was "30 minutes or less, or your pizza's free!" - I'll be lucky if I see it in 30 DAYS at this rate!

Ordered delivery through the app. Never received it. Called after an hour and was told it was on the way. Fifteen minutes later received a call from the store saying that our order hadn’t actually been made yet and that they didn’t actually have one of the items we ordered! Needless to say we cancelled our order and got food elsewhere.

The best chicken habenaro sandwich it was delicious. My son tried the Buffalo Mac and cheese and loved it!
Kid-friendliness: Clean on the inside if you want to sit down and eat.

What started out good till it’s time to deliver. I paid a decent tip and Kimberly called me to meet her half way. Totally unacceptable. Don’t do delivery from these ppl cause they will be lost only 5 blocks away smh.

The only reason for the second star is because we love domino's pizza. This location is super slow. With rude, obnoxious staff. They made it fancy with a computer tracker, which is completely useless as it shows the order ready for quit a while when it's not.

Placed the order at 6 pm , they said delivered it. Never got it. After 3 hours wait and 7 kids going crazy, they just refunded the money. I bet it will take them at least 30 business days to refund it. DONT EVER ORDER HERE !!! THE WORST DOMINOS EVER !!!!!

1.5 hours and still no pizza delivery. I tried calling and the staff just went quiet. Disgraceful. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They need to hire competent staff. I spent nearly 40 dollars on two small pizzas. What a joke.

I wish I could give this review a 0. I put in an order at 8:30 am to be delivered by 2:15 PM. I tracked the order with the Doninoes tracker and at 1:55 PM, it shows that the pizza is being inspected right before it goes out to deliver. However, I never got anything delivered. I called at 2:33 PM and asked about my order. I guy answered and put me on an indefinite hold. I called again and this time a woman answered. When I asked for an ETA, she said they have a lot of orders and are backed up so I’m gonna have to wait for it to be delivered. When I started to explain that I ordered the food to my job before hours for a work party, she said “oh he just told you it was out for delivery”. I said, that doesn’t make sense because he had me on hold for the whole time which is why I called back. The pizza STILL didn’t arrive passed 3:04 (30 mins after they told me it was on the way and dominoes is only 5 mins driving from my job) so I called to cancel.When I explained the situation, he was like “but the pizza is out for delivery” when that literally doesn’t matter because the party was over and it was now time for everyone to go home. He said he would get a manager to cancel the order. When I got home, I checked if there was a cancellation email, there was not one, so I called to confirm the cancellation. I spoke with the manager and they got on the phone with what seems like they were annoyed before even saying anything. When I told her why I was calling, she said the order was cancelled but I didn’t get a cancellation and refund of money until promptly after I got off the phone. The woman lied and said they cancelled the order, when in fact, they didn’t cancel until AFTER my phone call. I’m SUPER disappointed and dissatisfied, especially because I love dominoes. This experience was TERRIBLE.
