The worst drive through experience. On 10/27/25 around 4:13pm please check your employee who was working that shift . So rude and unprofessional. She clearly does not have any customer service. We end up canceling our order and leaving . No one deserves to be treated that way she kept repeating herself saying AGAIN we not part of the gas station. When clearly we just asked if they have any other drinks beside coffee since it’s clearly on there drive-through menu board, did they sell Gatorade and Coca-Cola

This Dunkin’ is always a hit or miss. They constantly mess up my matcha, the card readers are down half the time, and some of the employees aren’t very friendly. I do mobile orders to save time, but my food is never ready when I get there.

Great stopping point before heading onto the highway. They advertised the pistachio flavor but it was no longer available 👻😢 Besides that, I have no concerns. They sell coffee and food. Come early in the day for the fresher donuts but I don’t think I need to tell you that. Some food items will run out if you go too late in the day sometimes.

I’ve come through the drive thru here twice & both times I had to pull into a parking spot to wait for my food. 1 sandwich. This time I waited 6 minutes. Mind you I’m the only customer in the drive thru & it’s after 4pm.
