Ok, let me start by saying I'm in my mid 60s and I NEVER yelp. So if I'm on here trust me it's a good reason. My daughter and I did drive-through, we ordered two cold brew with sweet foam, milk and sugar. We get to the window, I pay and wait approximately 7 minutes for the first coffee. When she hands it to me it barely looked like there was any foam on it... I kindly ask if they could add a little more (I mean after all you pay extra for it and there was probably about 1/8th inch's worth.... ) The window girl hands back to girl making (behind the scenes) swears f-bombs and hands it back to window girl pretty much saying no. Now it was probably the biggest mistake I made because for the next 5 minutes (that would be a total of 12 minutes) she proceeds to f- bomb and chew me out LOUDLY as she makes the second one... While she is swearing at me and yelling I said to window girl " she does know I hear every word she's saying right?????". So I finally get my coffee made the same way, little to no foam. We drive away and realize there was no sugar. If you think I was going back there..... So just added sugar when I got home. Anyway, i am a daily DD customer and will be leaving my daughter's and heading back to MY stomping grounds so not sweating the small stuff. My advice is find a different DD and don't go to this one at 2547 Sheridan st EVER.

It's ok. Nothing to write home about. It's not bad, not great. You can get gas, snacks, food, drinks ,and coffee ☕ and donuts, and a carwash, all in one place.And it's open 24/7,

Very trashy, workers have no respect and were beyond rude. Woman says there were no “good donuts” and when we asked her she was listing all the flavors with an attitude and laughing making jokes with a guy in the back. Took 40 mins after waiting in line inside (and getting yelled at that the inside was closed after they had helped two people in front of us) and had to eventually go to drive thru and still didn’t get any food. give their jobs to people who actually want them Lol HAPPY EASTER ?

These people will never put napkins in your order... When you order a hashbrown, be ready to get overcooked and not the same count if you order two or more. Chicken is overcooked and isn't tender. it feels more like a cardboard. Bacon is close to a charcoal.. If you ask for (let's say) 5 ketchups, they will put 2 in your bag. If you need a receipt, be ready to see the unhappy face of the person who you just paid with your credit card.... I will never shop that place again, nor my relatives and friends. This place MUST BE CLOSED PERMANENTLY AND TH STAFF MEMBERS - FIRED.

**Do not place an order for pickup and prepay, you will not get money back** GO TO ANOTHER DUNKIN. The ladies in the morning are great. There is a gentleman that works there that always has issues with service. He always says products aren’t available. I placed an order for pickup and he said there was nothing available that the truck came tomorrow. When I asked for a refund he told me to do it via the mobile app. The mobile app does not let me cancel it to get my money back. He had to do it. He just never wants to work. Hire someone else.

DO NOT PRE ORDER/PAY ANYTHING ON THE APP AT THIS LOCATION. They will tell you to cancel the order via the app, that’s not possible. You have to call/email customer service and they will not do anything about it either. I live right across from this location, and unfortunately it is awful, do not come to this one, go anywhere else.

The man with the beard and long blonde wig has horrible customer service. I ordered my food (i get the same thing every Time) while waiting I witnessed him/her being rude and yelling at fellow employees then turned around and was rude to a customer ahead of me. I went to grab my food and noticed he took my order completely wrong. I mentioned it to him and he got rude and snapped at me and stopped the cook from fixing the order and told me I needed to give him more money. I didn’t mind paying the difference but the bad customer service from him prompt me to ask for a refund and go elsewhere.
