Usually love the food here but only problem is that they are understaffed so it always takes so long to get my order. Today I waited 40 mins for my 1 small drink. Unbelievable. I didn’t want to leave when it was already paid for and I’m shy so I waited. But then I went in to ask and she ended up saying they didn’t have my drink. I was so disappointed.

Very poor, very little chocolate glaze, very very little cream inside where it's supposed to. Chunk of another green cream (not ordered by me) was attached to the donut. Missing donut in the order. No box for order of 4 donuts, they all got mixed up in the bag. Very inaccurate and made careless. Bad quality. I'd suggest Walmart donuts instead, right across the street.
Restaurant does not answer phone, neither reply to any feedback.

They have been cheaping out with the glaze on the donuts lately... it was like eating a plain donut... I usually get a dozen and they were all the same... at least 3 times now... I get them for the office but I'll have to go somewhere else now. Horrible.

Discontinue flavors all the time even when other Dunkin's have it. Why would I ever go to this one if they never have anything that I want? It's always been a mistake coming here thinking it's going to be a better experience.

Unless you like your food cold, I don't recommend this place. By the time you get your food, it's cold. I ordered croissants with cream cheese, I asked the lady to put in the oven for about 15 seconds, so it would be hot when i ate it . The manager that's there that doesn't know anything tells the lady no cause you will get in trouble coming up with 100 and 1 excuses . I said cancel it ,I'm not eating cold ass food. I found another Dunkin that makes it just they way i like it. I don't recommend this place.
