The food is lukewarm at best. The coffee is never consistent. Some times to much cream, other times not enough sugar when you order it the same way every time. The staff is ok, some are nice and polite others, not so much. I know its hard to find good help but if you don't keep up a certain standard, keep looking until you find the right one. I really would not recommend this Dunkin.

I place a pickup order Monday through Friday for my children. When I'm on my way to school I place it literally 25 minutes in advance. I get there for a $35 order and we're standing around for 20 minutes before they say oh your order. Someone else took your order no I'm sorry no let me speed up. No they wait to do my order after they do. Everybody else is in the lobby but I put my order in and paid my money. 30 minutes previous bad attitude. No speed in the workers. No manager on site for apologies. Nothing will not go back there again

Just want to leave a good review for 3 workers. The two indian ladies and melanie. I frequently go to Dunkin and this location was supposed to be temporary for me, but this is one of the few locations where I get the best service and food well prepared. They really represent what good customer service is.
The night staff is amazing. They are friendly fast and the coffee is always hot and taste amazing. I cant say the same about the morning staff though. They are a lot slower and the coffee doesnt taste as good. I ordered a dozen doughtnuts and half of them were not the ones i ordered.
Actually a nice place with friendly staff for a busy grab and go type place. My daughter loves to stop in the mornings for a doughnut on her way to school

So I came To this location and. Let me tell you their donuts are stale and old hard I’ve come before and. It was the same old stale donuts but I decided to give it a Second try but just like before . Even my 6 yr old daughter was disappointed and told me why donuts taste stale annd weird ?♀️ This location need to get fresh donuts because all their donuts old annd hard annd. Stale. ?

Ordered Dunkin midnight and they gave me this water down regular coffee if they don’t have midnight just say that a wast of money Dunkin should be ashamed of their self they do this all the time and it’s a serious problem ???????
