I’m really disappointed with this Dunkin’ Donuts. Even when you order online ahead of time, they still take forever to prepare the order. What’s the point of ordering in advance if you end up waiting and waiting every single time?
On top of that, the customer service is terrible — bad attitude, no sense of urgency, and they act like they don’t even want to help. Every visit feels frustrating.
Definitely one of the worst Dunkin’ locations I’ve been to. They really need to improve their service and their attitude.

Ordered Dunkin midnight and they gave me this water down regular coffee if they don’t have midnight just say that a waste of money Dunkin should be ashamed of their self they do this all the time and it’s a serious problem 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Don't know what's happened the last few months but the afternoon and most of the weekend staff need significant training. They are busy socializing (and we can hear their whole convo on the speakers and some are very inappropriate) instead of working. There is always a long line in drive thru but there is no one in the store. Then they are rude like you are bothering them.

This is my local Dunkin but I usually avoid it because the lines can sometimes be ridiculous specially in the morning. But whenever a go I order via the app and pick up inside. My order is always correct and it taste great. Not a bad spot but it can be very busy.

Josh, Z, Olga, Natalie and Kieansa these are just the few people that take really great care of me and I really appreciate them, and Yani the manager is a sweetheart too. I was ordering my coffee at 630 am at the drive tru and the lady by the window took my order after that she was rushing me pull up to the window with another customer waiting at the same window after that i went to the window finally and she started to complain about timing and other stuff like she was there since 5 am very rude lady she look like and india lady very bad customer service very unprofessional
Went today, July 23. I always go to this Dunkin by the way. Went through the drive thru like usual ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese, toasted and an iced matcha latte with cold foam like I always get. Went to go pay at the next window she already charged me for my food and then hands me an iced coffee with cold foam and a stale, hard bagel with beautiful cream cheese though. I’m totally upset because the previous time I went too they didn’t add my cold foam on the iced matcha latte and then proceed to tell me I still have to pay for the charge of the cold foam, no problem seriously a few cents but the they didn’t even put cold foam they put whipped cream like i wouldn’t notice. Like do better at your job we said our order correctly it’s not our fault the employee does not repeat the order to us back at the intercom so we can correct you if you made a mistake and then refuse to make changes to your faulty and look stupid and confused like you don’t know what’s going on I said that’s not what I ordered. Do better!

The food is lukewarm at best. The coffee is never consistent. Some times to much cream, other times not enough sugar when you order it the same way every time. The staff is ok, some are nice and polite others, not so much. I know its hard to find good help but if you don't keep up a certain standard, keep looking until you find the right one. I really would not recommend this Dunkin.
