Sophia is a wonderful lady when I come in she always greet you with a smile. Sheās very nice. The restaurant is also clean. She keeps the bathroom clean just to be one person working by her cell when I say I never got a bad attitude. I never got a bad attitude, so you guys stopped by meet Sophia sheāll make you feel at home.

I went into this location and they charged my card for things i didnāt order and said i couldnāt get a refund because the manager was on vacation, unbelievable. iām not sure how a business can operate if there is no manager in the building.

Service is very slow ? and had to tell them 4 times what the order was. For them to get it right. And they use way to much ice in the ice coffee's . I shouldn't have to tell them 3 times less ice , to get it right.

The service is pretty good just a little slow. The coffee however isnt the best. I would recommend going to the dunking on taft before going to this one plus the one on taft has a drive thru. The muffins at this place always seem burnt and they dont come with the sugar on top like the other dunkin doughnuts

I would give -10 stars if I could. Today, I experienced the most humiliating moment of my life. I entered this Dunkin' with two bottles of water that I purchased somewhere else because I wanted to see if they had a zero sugar, zero caffeine drink. I searched in the small fridge but didnāt find anything, so I left.
As I was leaving, an employee with zero manners shouted at me, asking if I had paid for the drinks. I told him yes, but not in this establishment. He insisted on seeing a receipt, but I didnāt have it with me since I bought the water elsewhere. He gave me a very rude look and implied that I had stolen the waters.
So, I went back to the place where I bought the water, got the receipt, and returned to show it to him. He didnāt believe me at first, but finally realized I didnāt steal anything. I don't even look like someone who would steal two bottles of water!
Then he said, āSorry, I thought you left your waters in the fridge to cool them." What?! I had repeatedly told him I purchased the water somewhere else. This is what happens when employees donāt pay attention to customers. When I entered, he was just sitting around, not working. Thanks for humiliating me.

My first and last time at this location. The gentleman that was there wasn't very pleasant. He seemed to be in a bad mood. Good customer service is important to me.

So they are allowing customers to park in on the go that are inside eating I was not able to order on the go and pull up because they are not monitoring these spaces it is so sad

This location is absolutely forbidden to enter.
The team doesn't care about you.
Only give 3/4 of the amount of coffee in the cup.
I asked for a coffee that is not too hot and with 2 splenda, which I already have in the car on my travels, the coffee without sweetener, boiling coffee and of course only 2/3 of the intended amount in the cup....
My recommendation is to stay away from that location.
