I usually either go in about 8ish in the morning or about 3ish in the afternoon and the younger employees that work there are great and respectful. I’ve been going here for about 3 years and I still see a lot of the same faces, so it gives me a sense of familiarity when I visit, opposed to some places going through people every other week.

Quick in and out service. Great morning pit stop. Fresh food and clean. Love their Hot Caramel Craze! Yum!
What a disappointment, the place is super disgusting, the floor is very dirty, with a leak in the ceiling that drops water, I almost fell because it is right where the food is removed 😡🤮first time I go and it will be the last, the chocolate 🍫 was pure water and stale bread 🤮

Ordered a dozen, some munchkins, breakfast sandwich & milk
Breakfast sandwich took longer than expected but ok
After we left, found that the milk was expired (we should’ve checked out of the cooler?)
Called store & Sandra offered to make everything right When we returned- the expired milk was gone from the cooler and we got a full refund
Wasn’t fun having to go back but appreciate that they did the right thing!!

Scheduled an order for my daughter’s birthday for 9a so I could take to her school. I got here at 8:40a asking about my order and they told me that their system only shows the orders at the time they’re due. They also told me they had no more donuts.I told them give me what they had and to cancel the other order. It is now 9:25a and my wife received a message stating her order is ready. What’s going on here? This is so disorganized and a big letdown when you don’t have the donuts we scheduled since yesterday.
