There was a handwritten sign that said be back in a few..20 minutes passed and still no one showed up to take orders. There was a long line of customers , went to bj customer service & was told they didn't know who was supposed to be working but would go check the bathrooms to see if the employee for dunkin could be found. After checking they couldn't find anyone. Very disappointed on how this location is being managed tried calling and no answer obviously.

Every time I go in I'm always waiting a long time. One day I went in and almost waited 10 minutes, there's a girl there who works by herself and get me my order under 2 minutes, she's an excellent person, great attitude and always helpful she's a young girl with long hair I believe her name is Ariel she's not always there but when she is I love it !

The best service ever I their command will visit again the gentleman in the desk was nice they understood my consequences when everybody is going to lunch they need to know that nobody will bring Dunkin donuts if they don't put milk in the donuts everything supposed to be right your very digi paper towel the battle

This DD is located inside BJ's. Unlike SB that are located in other retailers at the entrance, this DD is on your way out of BJ's. This may mean that you might go through your shopping experience being begged by your kids for a donut (or that's just me). On the other hand you won't find any discarded empty DD coffee cups hanging out in the isles of BJ's either so that is a bonus. They have a very wide selection of all the usual items: muffins, donuts, and bagels. They are also up-to-date with all the specialty donuts for each season etc. The cashiers are very nice and the service is quite quick. Unlike other locations this one is very quiet and there is usually no wait to order. You can also use your DD app to order and pay. This makes it even more enjoyable and quicker to order.
