The only upside to the location in a nearly vacant shopping center is there’s plenty of available free parking! The food at this second generation Thai eatery is outstanding. We enjoyed a Pad Thai (central-northern style), a scrumptious crispy duck in fresh basil sauce, fresh crunchy papaya and carrot salad, and a whole snapper ‘Pla Jian’ with heaping portions of fluffy white rice. Ice cold Singha beer properly served in a frosted mug and a decent Markham merlot seemed perfect...
This was my first time ordering from Eddie’s. I am a Thai food fanatic and have tried many restaurants in south Florida. Eddie’s far exceeds any of those. Everything was fresh and delicious! I found my new addiction!
